21 Day Fix Pizza

1 whole wheat Flatout flatbread

*2 Tbs tomato sauce (or enough to cover flatbread)

*1/4 of a green bell pepper

*1/4 of a red onion

*part skim shredded mozzarella cheese

*diced cooked grilled chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flatbread on a cookie sheet, and bake for 2 minutes to prep. Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce on flatbread, cover with onions, peppers, and mozz cheese, then add chicken. Put back into oven, and resume cooking for an additional 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.

21 day fixers- the flat out is 1 yellow, I used 1/2 red of chicken, 1 green for veggies and tomato sauce, and 1 blue of cheese.
