How to make your Shakeology

Seriously the first time I made my shakeology it tasted awful!  It was a gritty mess!!!  You will want to use a blender. I prefer a small personal one (Magic Bullet, Ninja, or guess what, I use the cheap-o Oster brand one from Walmart or Target, and I’ve also heard great things about the Hamilton Beach one as well, less than $20!!!) The first time, I didn’t add enough liquid, I didn’t blend it long enough and there wasn’t enough ice!  So in an effort to help you not have the same experience that I did I’ve supplied you with a video!

My go to recipe is:  packet of chocolate Shakeology, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 10-12 oz. unsweetened almond milk, half a banana, and 10 or cubes of ice (I like it thick, like a milkshake)
Also, I am here to field any questions you may have in regards to making your shakeology just right!  There are a thousand different recipes out there, you can check out pinterest for more ideas as well...
